Ornamental Pepper 'Aurora'

I love the look of these plants. I have yet to eat a ripe (red) one. My first purple pepper harvested was not very hot at all, similar...Read More to a radish perhaps. Subsequent peppers were much hotter.

I have five of these growing in a very large container. The compact plants are all loaded with peppers and have not been bothered by pests.

Plants are 10-12" tall. Rates a 3 on the SSE's heat scale with 5 being the hottest.

A 1½ inch tapered upright lavender to deep purple to orange to red.fruit. Plants exhibit purple and green foliage. Good for containers. (75 day).
