I planted ...Read Moretwo fashion salmon azaleas in May, 2008, in a pine bark mulched bed, surrounded by beauty berry, East Palatka Holly and a native ground cover of green eyes (Berlandiera). Although two 35 foot live oaks are within 50 feet of the azaleas, they basically grew in full sun all summer, and bloomed throughout the hot months! They are in full flower now, in early October. This plant has provided a fine display of bright peach/orange. Impressive.
