I found that this pepper contains too many seeds. The flavor of fresh pepper is neither sweet or spicy. It is bitter. Maybe taste will get better in later harvest. Stir fry with some rock salt and some vinegar would quench the bitter taste.

Once production begins, there will always be peppers for salads, sandwiches, stir-fry, or whatever use you may have right up until frost.
