I think they will be great stuffed, made into salsa, or eaten raw or in a salad. I will grow these every year that I am able. Superior in every way.

The peppers are so large that I have to support the plants with bamboo stakes and raffia ties. One of the raffia supports snapped and had to be replaced.

Never lost a plant and they were heavy producers until killed out by the frost in the fall. Cannot give true sizes because the older gentleman who shares my garden would pick them when they were about 3", therefore, in order to get any myself, I had to pick when they were at the same size. They were flawless and had a wonderful flavor. We ate them raw, in salads, stuffed and froze a lot. Will be planting them again this year. We are in central Indiana.
