Hemp Agrimony 'Plenum'

This is growing in Calgary through two minus 30 winters.
We are zone 3, but the last two winters were zone 4 winters.

This is a double flowered version of the European standard Hemp Agrimony.
The bloom color is a mauve-purple and the flower heads a...Read Morere much tighter and fuller than the standard.
They remind me of Sedum stonecrop in character.

We planted this in early Fall 2003.
It was acquired as a ragged half dead plant in a gallon pot and was part of a Fall closeout sale.
It was planted and basically forgotten.
By late July it reached 4' tall, started blooming and could no longer be ignored.

A beautiful long bloomer that sooo far is very well behaved.
