During spring it is covered with white lovely scented flowers. If you trim it a little back after flowering you can expect another flush of flowers later on. Very easy, relatively hardy and absolutely wintergreen..I mean yellow.

It grows very slowly, looks fabulous 365 days a year, and hardly blooms. No beam of sunlight ever hits it. The yellow foliage really lights up the spot. The foliage is beautiful and colorful 12 months of the year. In harsher winters, the tips do get some windburn and need to be cleaned up in spring.
