I'm...Read More sure it would be much larger if II paid more attention to it. I planted a Hosta bed under a large tree on the north side of the house to fix an area where grass won't grow. I put in landscape fabric and a small amount of mulch to keep weeds under control, and have never fertilized or watered the area- which is very dry due to the large tree. Titanic is at the west edge of the bed, so receives quite a bit of late afternoon sun. I've never seen a burned leaf, nor had a problem with slugs. It's my favorite of all of the Hostas in my gardens.
