This variety is not common but should be well used in breaking the boring tall wall space that you don't or can't build trellis for vines to cover up.
The good thing about this tree is it almost does not produce fruit which less maintenance. Its fragrant beautiful flower is a show in spring, slender tree with green leaves in summer and then green leaves turn orange yellow in fall which is very nice to provide different season looks! I only found this variety are selling in one of the big nurseries here in Ontario.
