When cut open the seed content was of great volume, beautful fat, green, completely hull less seed. Delicous fresh or roasted. Definetly grow this one if you like pumpkin seeds. P.S.
I live in Redding Ca, where the summer temps go well into the triple digits. These vines required no shading , just a good straw mulch and average water.

I am hoping this one will indeed have hulless seeds.
Medium small, avg. 5-8 lb., black-striped pumpkins with large, dark green, completely hulless seeds which are absolutely delicious roasted. Kakai is a variety of the Austrian type that yields the valuable green pumpkin seed oil which some European studies show promotes prostate health. Avg. yield: 2-3 fruits/plant.
