This year the plant stands about...Read More 3 feet and including the flower spikes about 4 1/2 feet. The leaves are approximately 12 inches from one side to the other (opened wide). Although they droop like an umbrella. The roots are not very deep and somewhat tuberous. Very very interesting and nice looking shade plant to have. Currently my plants have produced lots of pinkish inconspicuous flowers which are full of seeds.
