This is a medium sized to small epiphyte from the forests of northern South America and Central America. I don´t have much information a...Read Morebout this plant, only what I have seen of it.
This is a rhyzomatous plant with a vigorous horizontal growth, developing egg-shaped, small, narrow pseudobulbs along the rhyzomes. The rhyzomes, when young, are also covered with small, green leaves which dry and fade after some time. The pseudobulbs have 3 pairs of long, narrow, glossy leaves. The flowers are single, showing up from every leaf axils in the newer pseudobulbs. These flowers are small, all white, and it is said that they have a good smell at night.
I saw this plant placed on a tree fern fiber plate, and was kept humid nd protected from direct sun light.
