Bahama Wild Coffee is distinguished from Psychotria nervosa and Psychotria sulzneri by it's thin and smaller(much thinner than P. nervosa and P. sulzneri) leaves. Also, the leaves lack any visible ridges, unlike the ridged leaves of P. nervosa and P. sulzneri.
Like them, however, Bahama Wild Coffee is very useful for wildlife. The fruit is very beneficial to wildlife (such as birds and small mammals) and the flowers attract pollinating insects. It may also provide shelter for wildlife.
Bahama Wild Coffee grows in zones 10a through 11. It grows as a shrub.
