It is a small plant, with no pseudobulbs, and very rudimentar root system. The leaves are long, narrow, spiraled, and make the plant look like a Tillandsia (an Air Plant, or Ball Moss, as those bromeliads are known). The flowers are small, white, with a tiny green callousity in the base of the lip.
It needs a dark place with no air currents, very high and constant humidity and moisture. Must be planted on a piece of bark, and kept away from extreme heat and cold. I tried this plant, but couldn´t save it from an afternoon sun and dry weather, but still it bloomed once before it finally died. In optimal conditions, it may grow into a globous colony of 30cm across. An interesting piece for orchidophiles.
