All the remaining ros...Read Morees of other varieties looked sad but it was putting on new growth and buds (it was the only Touch of Class in the lot). I decided that any rose that vigorous deserved a chance and I have been happily rewarded ever since. It is the first rose to tell me when I need to deep water my rose garden, because its buds droop, so I use it as my indicator plant. It lives up to its name with blossoms that are a unique shade of pink with a form that is pleasing to the eye. I live in South Texas, on the same latitude as Orlando, Florida, so intense heat and sunlight are givens. I planted it in partial shade where it receives approximately six hours of afternoon sunlight. It produces flushes all summer long and exhibits above average resistance to black spot. Highly recommended.
