Here's a couple references I found that equate E. robinsoniana to Echinopsis minuana

The discrepancy I see is, E.F. Anderson describes E. robinsoniana as having White flowers only, no mention of pink or light pink, which he usually does if there are any variations.
E.F Anderson described the height of E. minuana in his book: 20-31 inches. Width of stems 5.5 -5.9 inches wide.
