I grew it successfuly in the New River Valley where the elevation kept summer temperature relatively cool. Main head is somewhat small (4-5 inches) but side shoots are copious. Not as resilient as the hybrids but excels in extending the harvest.
Great Open Pollinated variety. Plenty of side shoots for an extended harvest. Good tasting and easy to grow.
