The plants have serious rhizomes and tolerate abuse. I will report on the fruit when they ripen. They will be added to my physalis collection.

They are full of fruits and still blooming the first week of October. The ripe fruits are edible, but the green ones are toxic. Maybe a batch of jelly from the fruits this fall? :)
