FOLIAGE DESCRIPTION: The foliage of 'Scarlet' is medium sized, dark green, leathery, and semi glossy

BLOOM FREQUENCY: c - Continuous. 'Will Scarlet' begins blooming in April in the Texas Hill Country and blooms more or less continuously until frost. The summer bloom is somewhat less than the spring and fall bloom.
