Formal Decorative Dahlia 'Daffy'

A rather tall plant almost reaching 5 ft. Loads of bloom; super cut flower that last. The spatter of pattern on the petal is like a bru...Read Moresh stroke. I can stare at it for awhile. Fringy pointy edge on the petal is a plus. What can I say more about this lovely dahlia?

This yr's update: the flower have gone "blasted center" The eye is showing and the number of petals drastically reduced to almost a singles, and lost the white edge, so there's only 2 color to this dahlia. Its not behaving. I'm afraid the genes' reverting back to a less attractive parent. This fancy pattern is too good to be true.
