Diascia Species, Twinspur

I think the hardiness range for this plant should be extended to include Zones with colder winter climates. I planted a Diascia last Fal...Read Morel in my garden in NE Florida (borderline Zone 8b/9a). It stayed evergreen through the winter (temperatures as low as 28 F on a few nights). It has flowered continuously since being planted. The flowers on my Diascia are a very attractive light tawny orange rather than the pink shown in the photos. (I'll upload a photo of my plant later).

Sprays of pink fowers over a low mat of mid green leaves in summer to early autumn.
