This is one of my favorite Euphorbia species... has a wonderfully smooth skin and a random branching pattern that is always ornamental. ...Read MoreSeems to be relatively hardy in zone 10a, and possibly 9b since mine has been in the ground for over 5 years without any hint of damage... growing in partial sun, though... temps have gotten down in the high 20s on several occasions, too. Moderately slow grower. Has some small spines but most of plant is safe to touch (of course, has nasty sap, but not super delicate so it takes more than brushing up against it for it to leak). Deep green to bright green (new growth). Bright yellow flowers. Good smaller landscape plant, though actually I have no idea what its ultimate size will be. Mine has grown from 1' tall cutting to 3' tall in nearly 6 years.
