Brugmansia, Angel Trumpet, Angel's Trumpet 'Adeline'

I've had a very difficult time with this plant. It' get's a lot of flower buds, and then
20 will fall, and only leave 1 or 2 to bl...Read Moreoom. I got this plant in early spring, which started growing buds on it in late spring. I never got to see a bloom on it until August. It seems very heat sensitive. I watered once a day, sometimes twice a day, fertilized once a week with 20-20-20. No signs of visible pests either. The only reason why I'm still holding on to it, is because it's so beautiful when it blooms, and it has such beautiful and different leaves. I'm now testing it in a shaded area, and hope to get different results.
