I just found some colonies of this tiny woodland perennial in the woods of French Creek State Park in southeast PA, blooming in late Apri...Read Morel 2016. It is supposed to form a round tuber in the ground. The fruit is a yellow berry. It is native from southern Canada down to the mountains of Georgia. It is a pretty little plant and delicate.
