Fertile both ways, the two lateral branches and 20 buds are carried just above the foliage. Blooms are very large (at times seven inches with 4"+ petals) and are a pale yellow, very slightly infused pink in very warm weather. A very fine grower and rapid increaser BIG YELLOW TAXI was discussed a great deal by garden visitors usually commenting on its bloom size.
