It has prickly reddish pink stems and large lobed leaves which are green with blood red veining. This shade lover likes water and can be grown near a pond or as a bog plant. Flowers are upright, typical spath type which is cream inside with a pink spadix and a black hood. Leaves can get 2'-4' long and bigger. Originated from Southeast Asia and some Pacific Islands. This is growing in my backgarden and has reached its maximum height of over 5ft."
