I have the best luck with newish growth....still green. The resulting rooted cuttings take a long time to get established, but once a plant of this is....it is very drought tolerant. Blooms best with sun at least 3-5 hours per day.

This gorgeous little performer takes the summer heat. No fragrance though, despite the name. Maybe the roots smell?
