Somewhat slow growing... plant starting from a 4" pot about 6"-7" in diameter is only about twice that size 1.5 years later. Very attractive plant, though!
This is one of the about 5 species of agave in my yard, of about 40, that suffered major leaf damage from a freeze of 27F for 5 hours... So not too hardy.
