| "We bought this house recently and I will be starting a garden from scratch, both back and front yards. I have a lot of work ahead of me. I plan to turn the turf in front into a xeriscapic landscape and the back, with the help of my eager hens, into a lush vegetable and flower garden. I suspect my main problem will be in keeping the hens from trampling and eating all my seedlings! I'm going to try to grow pumpkins and gourds for the first time and I am excited about that. " |
