"Amber Royer is the co-author of author of There are Herbs in My Chocolate!, a collection of sweet and savory recipes involving herbs. She and her husband have been gardening together for nearly 23 years, with a focus on herbs and citrus -- and they have recently started the Office Plant Cacao Project, tracking "chocolate trees" grown indoors.
Amber also writes the Chocoverse Comic Space Opera series, where chocolate has become the only unique resource Earth has that a hungry galaxy wants. In it, you will find bits of choco-related botany and processing in action.
