This photo was taken right at dawn with a flash. It seems to be the only way to catch the actual sheen, since trying to photograph it in the sunlight is almost impossible.

This is what it appears like when you see it in the daylight. Closer inspection will reveal the sheen. It's also more evident in the sunlight.
