Costata di romanesco.... just beginning to bear fruit in late June from seeds direct sown after frost. Fruits are delicious just large than this with blossoms still attached.

A bounty of costata romanesco blossoms for eating ... frying etc. Costata romanesco is renowned for the large quantities of male blossoms it produces for eating.
