I know this plant as a Madagascar Rubber Vine. It exudes white latex which used to be utilized for rubber making in other parts of the world. It's a shrub/vine, and I'm told that in Australia has become a huge nuisance plant because of its tendency to strangle any plants in its neighborhood.
