Huisache Daisy (Amblyolepis setigera) bloom may have up to 13 ray flowers. The edges may be 3 or 4 toothed. Note the slightly lighter color on the tips of the petals. The blooms have a pleasant vanilla-like scent and make great cut flowers.

Huisache Daisy, Butterfly Daisy, Honey Daisy (Amblyolepis setigera) seedlings which have come up after fall seed sowing. The leaves are so hairy that dirt is stuck to them after a rain. The discolored leaves were covered by oak leaves.
