A very large colony of Blue Curls, Caterpillar, Fiddleneck, Spider Flower, Wild Heliotrope (Phacelia congesta) as seen in morning light; the photo does not really show how beautiful they are in person - look closely and you will see lots of unopened bloom clusters.
