Gaura lindheimeri 'Siskiyou pink', Pink Butterflies: the foliage turns deep maroon and maroon mottled. A nice addition to my perennial bed. (San Antonio, Tx.)

The bloom colors are a much lighter pink in the spring than they are in the fall. Shown in April. (San Antonio, Tx.)

This 'Siskiyou Pink' gaura is just producing longer stem blooms as the temperature warms up. The dark green leaves and the new maroon colored leaves along with the maroon colored buds nicely contrast to the foliage color of other perennials in the background. Shown in April. (San Antonio, Tx.)

Guara "Siskiyou Pink" flowers. The thick strappy leaves are not from the Gaura though, they are liriopi.
