Hope this helps someone. The seeds are very VERY small, and I found anywhere from 8 to 12+ seeds at the base of each dried bloom that had fallen off. I had to verify this with a magnifying glass. The seeds are brownish-black when ripened.

Doesn't this just say, "get this thing off my face". Hummingbirds loved this plant. But, it would be much better in a hanging basket than in the ground. It has a drooping habit that leads it to be beaten up by heavy rains.

This plant has come back in the same spot over the last 2 growing seasons. It has stay full of blooms all season and is starting to bloom now. I really like it and it is easy to keep

I got this picture of a flower and both green and mature seeds. The top of the flower splits and the seed stalk pops up. I collected MANY seeds.
