Opening buds in late Septembrt. But almost no scent. Would not call it a Jasmine.

The seed pod has 2 halves and forms a circle and is connected at the bottom. Very odd looking.

regrew from the ground to about 2 meters, 5 - 6 flower buds about to open now in late September. I can already smell some sweet scent

the trunk looks "bursted" above ground after a one time freeze to -6C (21F) - the leaves went brown soon after that, though they were remaining green at freezing temperatures higher
