Here's a typical out of control mass falling all over a nearby tree in Huntington Gardens. This plant is about 10-12' tall here.

To illustrate my piont about invasiveness, here are plenty of volunteers growing around the sign for this plant in spring, Huntington Gardens, Pasadena California- there are literally many hundreds of these all over this area.
