Silver Lady fern grown on covered patio (Raleigh, N.C.); only a few hours of direct morning sun, then bright shade for the rest of the day.

Purchased for $1 in July at an end of season sale with only 3 sunburnt leaves. Planted in a pot with acidic soil and placed in full shade. Doing excellent in August, about 1 month later!
