I bought this rose not knowing what it was (end of season, $2, unmarked pot). It turned into a beautiful plant. A local Master Gardener was able to tell me what type of rose it was. Just moved it to a new location, hope it survives!!

Scentimental as seen in early spring in Zone 8b. Photo taken 04/23/05 (temp: 74F). This is as good as it gets here. As temps rise, flowers will become solid red.

Although the notes make this an unpopular rose, personally, I think it's candy cane colors are quite striking.
