I like to use these Earth Stars as interesting accents around larger plants. This one is interplanted with Kenilworth Ivy around a slightly bonsaiied azalea. Great color even in heavy shade.

Tiny bloom is less than a 1/4" across. (white cat hair is an extra feature!)

My great cryptanthus bivittatus "ruby" regaining it's color after a cloudy winter. Also getting ready to bloom.
