Paulownia (season 3) growing back in March 2013 from stump cut both its first 2 winters.

No part of this tree is toxic, so it serves as a feedstock for various butterflies & moths.

April 2013: 2-season tree trunk cut sections. Put in ground, watered, sprouted. But did not root. .
