FULL TIDE (O. Brown, 1972) TB, 38", EM & RE (rebloom reported in CA) S. wisteria blue (RHS 93D); F. blue (92A); light yellow beard brushed blue; ruffled. S. are closed. F. flare, almost hiding beards.
