the blue tongue is made up of the petals, and the pollen is hiding down between them, with the sticky stigma (white pointed object) sticking out one end

Grown from pup for 3 years and this is all the bigger it got. Never bloomed. Only produced a few leaves/yr. I prefer giant bird of paradise for the larger size and quicker growth.
