Nuphar Species, Southern Spatterdock, Yellow Cow Lily, Yellow Pond Lily (Nuphar lutea)

This was taken in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. One the shore of an inland lake. The water level was so low that year (2000). these poor lilies were growing out of the damp sand, no water!
