This is a near white version of the species though the purple lip markings are still very prevailent.

A very common orchid in the UK and able to withstand drier sites than most, even hot and dry slopes in full sun.

This picture of the Common Spotted Orchid, is of the first wild orchid I ever found and is my first flower photograph.
