Water Hemlock - green fern type leaf[s] are below flower umbels, which are essentially the same heoght per umbal, therefore flat across top of umbal. Each flower group is separate in the umbal. Each plant has multiple umbals.

Growing with Swamp Milkweeds (Asclepias incarnata, the pink flowers) - these plants get quite tall, some are about 7 feet here
