Close up of flower.

Notice the lip on the oldest (bottom) flower has curled up. This seems to happen about 3 days after blooming. I wonder if it's an adaptation to prevent later pollenators from wasting their precious loads by denying entry to flowers past their prime??

Entire plant. Mature pseudobulbs are a bit larger than the biggest chicken eggs.
