Allium, Common Garlic, Cultivated Garlic (Allium sativum)

A stack of freshly cleaned Garlic bulbs. You can see the detritus from the plants in the wheelbarrow. These were grown on the Wellspring organic farm in West Bend, Wisconsin, 2001.
