Cultivar has a lot of variation based on amount of light and moisture, also each cutting has its own character over a wide range of attributes such as color, type of crest, etc.

This is classic 'Pappy's Rose'. it is pictured in the book 'Echeveria Cultivars' similar to the several image presented on page 143 of that book.
